RISING STARS - Open Invite to 14U/16U Teams. The tournament will feature the first fully paid 24 teams in 2023. The event is will be hosted by the City of Oswego at Legends Fields - (6 lighted & fenced 200+ fields. Entry Fee includes 4 Games - Playoffs - Consolation games - Insurance - Game Balls - Awards! This Tournament is Scouted by TOP 100 USA - Softball.
